I understand a lot of alumni, families of students and others interested in what is going on at Manhattan College have wondered what has happened to the online version of the Quadrangle.
Well we went offline all of last year to concentrate on the print issue of the newspaper. As a result, I am pleased to announce we recently won the Most Improved Group Award for the 2007-2008 school year.
We are extremely excited to bring back the online version.
I would like to thank everyone for their patience because the staff is undersized (less than ten editors) who all work at least twenty hours week for this newspaper, without getting paid.
I would like to remind you all we are student reporters and we will make mistakes. We understand this is a serious AP style newspaper and we do take it seriously, however, it is still a learning process for us.
I hope you all had a great summer and enjoy reading the Quadrangle for the upcoming semester.
