Whatever they're doing, it seems to be working. They have recently headlined at music festivals such as "The Mega Mother Hucker" in Vermont, and their song, "Waited," was picked up by ESPN to serve as the channel's theme to the World Series. Today, the sports network still uses the song behind various programming.
The band may be included on the Warped tour, a Northeast College tour that includes Manhattan College on April 22 for Springfest, and a special engagement at Madison Square Garden. None of these upcoming events seems to faze Livintrust.
The group is taking things as they come. Asked how they see themselves in 10 years, Christopher replied, "Hopefully we'll be continuing to write good songs, rock hard, just keep at it pretty much."
Another band member jokingly added, "Maybe be on 'Behind The Music' on VH1."
From the looks of things, Livintrust will be around long enough to be featured many times on such specials; although, that is not exactly the group's aim. The focus is completely on the music-which is, after all, how is should be.
